Preparation instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Arrange 12 croissants on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Defrosting: 30 minutes.
- Baking: 18–20 minutes at 165°C (with the lid open).
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
