Soft and aromatic brioche bread, made with high-quality wheat flour, fresh eggs from free-range hens and concentrated butter. The braided shape gives a traditional and attractive appearance, suitable for direct serving or for further preparation.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour , EGGS from free-range hens, sugar, concentrated BUTTER , water, invert sugar syrup, yeast, salt, WHEAT GLUTEN , emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), pea vegetable proteins, flour improver (ascorbic acid), natural flavor.

Storage and preparation method:
Store frozen at -18°C.
Thaw for 4 hours at room temperature.
After thawing, it is best to consume the product within 10 days.
