A delicate round tart made of butter pastry, filled with refreshing lemon cream and finished with lightly baked, fluffy meringue. A classic French recipe in a convenient individual format – a fresh, balanced taste between sweet and sour, made with butter, French wheat flour and free-range eggs.
Ingredients:
Sugar, wheat flour , butter (13%), free-range eggs (12.3%), reconstituted lemon juice (12.2%), free-range egg whites , modified corn starch, concentrated lemon juice (0.5%), thickener: E415.

Preparation instructions (in the refrigerator):
• Remove the tartlets from the packaging and remove the aluminum mold.
• Defrost at a temperature of up to +4 °C for 2 hours.
• After thawing, store at 0/+4 °C and consume within 48 hours.
Cooking instructions (in a convection oven):
• Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
• Remove the product from the freezer, remove the packaging and the mold.
• Place on a tray and heat for 8 minutes.
• Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
