Traditional French mini sweet pastry with apple and butter filling.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour , apple puree 25% (apple 85%, glucose-fructose syrup, antioxidant [E300]), butter 24.5%, water, whole eggs , salt, wheat gluten , deactivated yeast, malted wheat flour .

Storage conditions:
- Store frozen at -18 °C.
- Do not refreeze after thawing.
Method of preparation:
- Defrosting: 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Baking: 15 minutes at 200 °C.
