    Traditional French mini croissant made with fine butter.

    Ingredients:
    Wheat flour (origin: France), butter (24%), water, yeast, sugar, eggs , salt, wheat gluten , malted wheat flour , deactivated yeast, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes.

    Percentage of butter in the dough: 24%

    Allergens:
    Contains: gluten , milk , eggs

    Storage conditions:
    Store frozen at -18 °C
