Storage: in a freezer at -18°C. After thawing, store in a refrigerator at +4°C for up to 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Preparation instructions:

For the entire tart : Remove from the freezer and packaging, place on a tray or plate and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

For an individual serving : Remove the piece, place on a plate and defrost in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
- Heating in an oven is not recommended.
