Ingredients:
Chocolate (27%) (cocoa mass 50%; sugar; emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322)); sugar; whole eggs ; wheat flour; concentrated butter ; rapeseed oil; pecans (5%).

Storage:

Preparation instructions:
In the refrigerator:
• Thaw the product at 0–4 °C for at least 24 hours.
• Leave for a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
In a convection oven (without defrosting):
• Preheat the oven to 150 °C (fan).
• For a 160-serving tray: bake for about 3 minutes.
• Let it rest for 2–3 minutes at room temperature.
In the microwave (without defrosting):
• For a tray with 160 servings: about 15 seconds at 900 W.
• Let it rest for 2–3 minutes at room temperature.
