Classic French potato gratin, made with thinly sliced potatoes, cream 22.1% and authentic French Cantal AOP cheese 7% , flavored with garlic and nutmeg. Creamy texture, rich and balanced flavor - suitable for professional kitchens, catering or gourmet presentation.
Ingredients:
Potato slices 54.3% (potatoes of EU origin); cream (milk) 22.1% ; water; Cantal AOP cheese (milk) 7% ; salt; rice starch; garlic powder; nutmeg; pepper.

In a preheated oven at 220°C: Remove the portions from the packages and distribute them in a gratin tray.
Convection oven – 20 minutes (stir after 10 minutes for even distribution).
The product is served hot.
