Individual potato gratins with a creamy texture, prepared with cream and a selection of "sunny" vegetables - grilled zucchini, red peppers and marinated semi-dried tomatoes. A practical and aesthetic solution for professional kitchens, suitable as a side dish or a standalone vegetarian dish.
Ingredients:
Potatoes 54.9%; crème fraîche (milk) ; grilled zucchini 10%; grilled red peppers 5%; marinated semi-dried tomatoes 5% (tomatoes 4.6%, rapeseed oil, salt, oregano, garlic); extra virgin olive oil; garlic; pre-fried onions (onions, sunflower oil); salt; spices and aromatic plants (including mustard and sunflower oil); thickener: methylcellulose.
