A French specialty of whole cooked chestnuts and juicy apricots, enriched with chestnut cream, balsamic vinegar and fine spices. The combination of the sweetness of the chestnuts, the light acidity of the apricot and the syrupy sauce gives a balanced and refined taste. A suitable product for professional cuisine - as a side dish for meat and poultry or as an element in signature dishes.
Ingredients:
Whole cooked chestnuts 53.5%; apricots 21.5% (apricot, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid); vanilla chestnut cream 8.7% (cane sugar, chestnuts 49.5%, natural vanilla powder); water; butter (milk) ; balsamic vinegar 3.4% (wine vinegar, grape must, colorant: ammonium sulphite caramel, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite ); salt; Espelette pepper; cinnamon.

Preparation instructions:
The product is consumed after heat treatment.
Pour the desired amount into a well-heated pan. Cover and heat over medium heat. Halfway through cooking, remove the lid and continue over a higher heat until the sauce becomes syrupy, stirring regularly.
