    Storage:

    • Frozen at –18 °C.
    • After thawing, store in the refrigerator at +4 °C for up to 7 days.

    Preparation instructions:

    1. Remove the tray of shells from the freezer.
    2. Arrange the shells on a wide plate.
    3. Defrost for 1 hour in the refrigerator (+4 °C), then 1 hour at room temperature.
