Storage:
- Frozen at –18 °C.
- After thawing, store in the refrigerator at +4 °C for up to 7 days.
- Do not refreeze.

Preparation instructions:
- Remove the tray of shells from the freezer.
- Arrange the shells on a wide plate.
- Defrost for 1 hour in the refrigerator (+4 °C), then 1 hour at room temperature.
