Butter roll with raisins and egg custard
A buttery roll with raisins and cream brings the warmth of home comfort in one bite.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour (origin: France), filling cream 23% (water, sugar, modified starch, whey, cream powder, skimmed milk powder, milk proteins, egg white powder, thickener [E401] , flavourings, colour [beta-carotene] ), butter 15.5%, raisins 12% (raisins, vegetable oil – sunflower, rapeseed or cottonseed), water, sugar, yeast, whole eggs , salt , wheat gluten , deactivated yeast, malted wheat flour, flour treatment agent [E300] , enzymes (amylases, xylanases).
Allergens: may contain traces of nuts .
Expiration date:
12 months from the date of manufacture.
Storage conditions:
- Store frozen at -18 °C .
- Do not allow re-freezing of thawed product.
Method of preparation:
- Arrange 12 items on a tray.
- Defrosting : 30 min.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Baking time : 20–22 min. at 165 °C.
