Fine mashed sweet potatoes, potatoes and Butternut squash, prepared with cream and butter. Balanced, slightly sweet taste and creamy texture with fine pieces, suitable for professional cuisine - as a side dish to meat, poultry or vegetarian dishes.

Heat uncovered over medium heat, stirring regularly.

In a microwave oven:
In a suitable container with a lid, heat at 850 W, stirring halfway through.
