Waffles with Emmental and parsley – large wafers with a soft texture on the inside and a crispy surface, aromatically complemented with French Emmental cheese and parsley.
An ideal base for appetizers, main courses and side dishes.

Ingredients:
Water, wheat flour (20.1%) ( wheat flour , wheat gluten , malt flour), French Emmental cheese (20%), pasteurized eggs , fresh cream, skimmed milk powder, raising agents: E450i and E500ii, parsley (0.5%), salt, black pepper, thickener: E412, dextrose.
May contain traces of nuts , fish , shellfish , sulphites , soy , sesame , celery and mustard .
Storage: in a freezer at -18°C. After opening, store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Preparation instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the waffles from the freezer and packaging, place on baking paper and bake for 9 minutes on the middle shelf (time can be adjusted according to size and desired color).
- For a crispier result, defrost in the refrigerator for 2 hours in advance, then bake for 9 minutes at 180°C.
