Native at two key forums in November: BULPEK and White Winter 2025

Last month, we participated in two important professional forums of Food & Beverage for Tourism & HOST Industry - BULPEK 2025 in Sofia and White Winter 2025 in Pamporovo . At both events, we presented our latest solutions for restaurants, bakeries, hotels and confectionery establishments that are looking for reliable, fast and delicious production, ready to work "right out of the box".
Last month, Native took part in two important professional forums of Food and Beverage for Tourism & HOST Industry - BULPEK 2025 in Sofia and White Winter 2025 in Pamporovo and Bansko . At both events, we presented our latest solutions for restaurants, bakeries, hotels and confectionery establishments that are looking for reliable, fast and delicious production, ready to work "right out of the box".
One of the key moments in our participation was the presentation for the first time in Bulgaria of our new croissant with almond filling, sprinkled with sliced almonds and with 18% butter content , which aroused increased interest among the audience.
Other highlights of our presentation this year:
1. Party snacks - ready after defrosting
Our new line of party snacks has generated a lot of interest among visitors. They are ideal for catering, hotels, events and restaurants that want to offer a quality product without complicated preparation. All you need is to defrost - no baking, no additional steps.
2. Vegan cakes and brownies from Cakesmiths (UK)
Another pride of our stand was the expanded portfolio of premium desserts by Cakesmiths . Their new vegan offerings – juicy cakes and dense brownies – impressed the professionals with their taste and consistency, which are not inferior to traditional confectionery products.
3. Savory snacks for every menu
We also introduced new savory items that easily fit into different types of display cases and menus - from cafes, to bars and restaurants, to hotels. Quick to prepare, economical and adaptable to different concepts.
