Vegan Cornish
Appetizing frozen vegan cornish pasty with filling in crispy puff pastry.
Ingredients:
Water, wheat flour (with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), Vegan flavouring (15%) (textured wheat protein [ sulphites ], palm fat, wheat gluten , breadcrumbs [ wheat flour , calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine, salt], flavourings [salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract], stabiliser [methylcellulose], salt, dextrose, spices [white pepper, coriander, chili pepper], herb [sage], yeast extract, onion powder, colour [caramel]), vegetable margarine (vegetable oils and fats [palm], water, salt, lemon juice), onion, white vegetable oil (vegetable oils and fats [palm, rapeseed], water, salt, lemon juice), vegan glaze (water, tapioca dextrin, dextrose), yeast extract (yeast extract, salt), salt.

Storage conditions:
Store frozen at a temperature below -18 °C.
Do not defrost before baking.

Method of preparation:
Bake directly from frozen.
- Arrange on a tray and bake in a preheated convection oven at 180 °C.
- Baking time: about 25–35 minutes, until golden brown
- Make sure the internal temperature has reached at least 80 °C
