Traditional French mini croissant made with fine butter.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour (origin: France), butter (24%), water, yeast, sugar, eggs , salt, wheat gluten , malted wheat flour , deactivated yeast, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid (E300), enzymes.

Storage conditions:
Store frozen at -18 °C
Do not refreeze after thawing.
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Arrange 24 pieces on a tray (40 × 60 cm) covered with baking paper.
- Defrosting: 30 minutes at room temperature
- Bake: 10–12 minutes at 165 °C
- Let rest for 30 minutes after baking Note: Variations are possible depending on oven equipment and load
