Ingredients:
Cereal croissant dough (94.5%): wheat flour , water, butter , cereal mix ( wheat bran , spelt flour, rye flour, wheat flour , roasted malted rye flour , roasted malted barley flour ), sugar, yeast, salt, improver ( wheat gluten , thickener: glycerol esters of diacetyl tartaric acid and fatty acids (E472e), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300)), yellow linseeds (0.7%), sunflower seeds (0.7%), linseeds (0.7%), roasted barley malt – Yellow linseeds (2.2%) – Linseeds (2.2%) – Glaze (1.1%): eggs .
May contain traces of nuts, gluten, milk, eggs and soy .
Storage: in a freezer at -18°C. After opening, close the bag before returning to the freezer. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Baking instructions:
Defrost for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the oven and bake at 180°C for 20-22 minutes. For a fan-forced oven: bake at 170°C for 17 minutes.
After baking, store at room temperature around 20°C and consume within one day.
