    Ingredients:

    Wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, devitalized rye sourdough, wheat gluten , malt wheat flour, inactive yeast, flour treatment agent (E300).

    May contain traces of sesame , milk , eggs , soy and nuts .

    Storage: in a freezer at -18°C. After opening, close the bag before returning to the freezer. Do not refreeze after thawing.

    Baking instructions:

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    For frozen product, bake at 175-180°C for 22-25 minutes.

    For a defrosted product, bake at 175-180°C for 20-22 minutes.
