Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, rye flour, salt, wheat gluten , yeast, devitalized rye sourdough, buckwheat fiber, malt wheat flour, inactive yeast, flour treatment agent (E300).
May contain traces of milk , eggs , soy , sesame and nuts .
Storage: in a freezer at -18°C. After opening, close the bag before returning to the freezer. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Baking instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake at 175°C for 20-23 minutes with or without steam.
