Chocolate 27% (cocoa mass 50%, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322) ), sugar, whole eggs , wheat flour , concentrated butter , rapeseed oil , pecans 5%.

Storage:
Store in a freezer at -18°C . After opening, close the package before returning to the freezer.

Preparation instructions:
In the refrigerator:
• Thaw at 0–4°C for a minimum of 24 hours
• Leave for a few minutes at room temperature before serving
In a convection oven (without defrosting):
• Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan)
• For a tray with 30 pieces: bake for about 5 minutes
• Let stand for 2–3 min at room temperature
In the microwave (without defrosting):
• For a tray with 30 pieces: about 30 seconds at 900 W
• Let stand for 2–3 min at room temperature
