Croissant with 18% butter, 90g
Ingredients:
Wheat flour (French origin), water, butter 18% , sugar, yeast, eggs , wheat gluten , salt, malted wheat flour , deactivated yeast, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid E300), enzymes.
Possible traces of allergens: nuts, soy.
GMO-free and ionized treatment-free.

Storage method:
- Store frozen at –18 °C.
- Do not refreeze thawed product.
Method of preparation:
- Defrost for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Arrange up to 15 pieces on a tray (40×60 cm) covered with baking paper.
- Bake for 16–18 min. at 165 °C (convection ovens).
- Let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
