A traditional French dish made from pre-sautéed potatoes in duck fat, combined with green beans, duck confit, duck fillet and bacon. A rich and full-bodied taste achieved through a carefully selected mix of meat and vegetables, seasoned with garlic and parsley. The product is suitable for both professional kitchens and home use when consistency, depth of flavour and quick preparation are sought.
Ingredients:
Pre-fried potato slices 50% (potatoes of EU origin 95.5%, sunflower oil, dextrose); green beans 16%; thinly sliced mushrooms 7%; salted duck gizzard confit 6% (duck gizzard, preservative: nitrite salt, pepper, duck fat); heat-treated smoked bacon 6% (pork breast, water, salt, glucose syrup, natural flavors, spice extracts, antioxidant: rosemary extract, ferments); onion; heat-treated duck fillet with skin 2% (duck fillet, preservative: nitrite salt, dextrose, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, natural pepper flavor); duck fat; garlic puree; parsley; salt; garlic powder; rice starch; pepper.

Preparation instructions:
No pre-defrosting.
Pour the desired amount into a heated pan.
Cover and heat over low heat, stirring regularly, for about 15 minutes, until the product is well heated and slightly browned.
