Thanks to the pre-frying, the product is extremely convenient for professional kitchens - ready for direct heat treatment without the need for additional fat. Suitable for restaurants, bistros and catering.
Ingredients:
Pre-fried potato slices 87.9% ( potatoes originating in France 95.5%, sunflower oil); duck fat 7%; garlic 2.8%; parsley 1.4%; salt.

Preparation instructions:
No pre-defrosting. Do not add additional fat.
In a pan:
Fry over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
In a convection oven/fan oven:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Distribute the desired amount in a tray.
Bake for 20 minutes on medium heat.
