A classic French side dish with authentic taste and excellent texture. Sautéed potato slices of French origin, prepared with 7% duck fat, garlic and parsley. Thanks to the pre-frying, the product is ready for direct heat treatment without the need for additional fat. Suitable for both professional kitchens and home use, when consistency, depth of taste and quick preparation are sought.
Ingredients:
Pre-fried potato slices 87.9% ( potatoes originating in France 95.5%, sunflower oil); duck fat 7%; garlic 2.8%; parsley 1.4%; salt.

Preparation instructions:
No pre-defrosting. Do not add additional fat.
In a pan:
Fry over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
In a convection oven/fan oven:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Distribute the desired amount in a tray.
Bake for 20 minutes on medium heat.
