One of the classic desserts of French gastronomy – the lemon tart in its “Grand Aroma” version. Prepared with a buttery crumbly dough containing 11% concentrated butter , it offers a rich flavor, delicate structure and authentic French character. The balance between the light acidity of the lemon cream and the sweetness of the butter base makes it an extremely refined dessert for restaurants, pastry shops and catering.
Ingredients:
Sugar; wheat flour 18%; free-range eggs 16%; water; concentrated butter 11% ; reconstituted skimmed milk ; reconstituted lemon juice 7.9%; modified corn starch; glucose syrup; modified potato starch; natural lemon flavor; dextrose; raising agents: E450, E500; salt; gelling agent: E440; color: E160a; acidifier: E330.

Minimum shelf life: 24 months.
Preparation instructions:
In the refrigerator (+4°C):
- Remove the tart from the plastic bag.
- Remove the remaining packaging, including the aluminum mold.
- Place on a tray
- Defrost for 3 hours at +4°C
- Leave for 15 minutes before serving.
At room temperature (20–25°C):
- Remove from the clear bag directly from the freezer
- Remove the tart from the pan and place on a tray.
- Defrost for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Baking in the oven is not recommended.
