Pasteurized frozen preparation of semi-candied lemons with their juice , in the form of Perles® – small fruit pieces with a high concentration of flavor. Contains 40% lemon pulp and offers an excellent balance between fresh acidity and sweetness. Suitable product for confectionery, desserts, baked goods, ice cream and gastronomy.
Format and caliber:
– Pieces under 10 mm: about 80%
– Pieces between 10 and 20 mm: about 20%
