Yellow shells: almonds 28.7%, powdered sugar, sugar, egg white, coloring: curcumin
Pink shells: almonds 28%, powdered sugar, sugar, egg white, coloring: beetroot red
Green shells: powdered sugar, almonds 27%, sugar, egg white, spirulina, coloring: curcumin
Orange shells: almonds 29%, powdered sugar, sugar, egg white, colorings: caramel (E150a), curcumin
Cocoa shells: powdered sugar, sugar, egg white, almonds 19.5%, hazelnuts , cocoa powder 1.5%, fat-free cocoa 1.5%, coloring: beetroot red

Storage:
- Frozen at –18 °C.
- After thawing, store in the refrigerator at +4 °C for up to 5 days.
- Do not refreeze.

Preparation instructions:
- Remove the tray of shells from the freezer.
- Arrange the shells on a wide plate.
- Defrost for 1 hour in the refrigerator (+4 °C), then 1 hour at room temperature.
