Frozen product
Croissants with a mix of butter and vegetable fats in a convenient mini format - light, aromatic and ideal for snacks, brunch, catering and serving throughout the day.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour (origin: France), water, vegetable oils and fats 12.5%, sugar, yeast, whole eggs , butter 1.8%, salt, wheat gluten , malted wheat flour, enzymes, inactivated yeast, natural flavor, concentrated lemon juice, processing agent: ascorbic acid (E300).
Contains: gluten, milk, eggs
May contain traces of: soy and nuts
Additional information:
GMO-free (according to Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003).
No ionizing treatments (Directive 1999/2).
The production uses RSPO SG certified vegetable oils and eggs from free-range hens.
Storage:
Store at -18 °C.
Do not refreeze a product that has already been thawed.
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Arrange about 24 pieces on a baking tray (40×60 cm) covered with baking paper.
- Let them defrost for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes at 165 °C (with the flap/vent open).
- Let rest for 30 minutes before serving.
