Mix of 4 types of seeds (4.5%): pumpkin seeds, crushed hulled sunflower seeds, hulled millet seeds, brown flax seeds

Storage conditions:
- Store frozen at -18 °C
- Shelf life: 365 days

Method of preparation:
- No defrosting required
- Baking in a fan oven: 8 minutes at 210 °C
- Baking in a stone oven: 8 minutes at 230 °C
- Steam cooking is recommended.
