    Mix of 4 types of seeds (4.5%): pumpkin seeds, crushed hulled sunflower seeds, hulled millet seeds, brown flax seeds

    Allergens:
    Contains: gluten , wheat , rye , barley , oats
    May contain traces of: nuts , milk , eggs , sesame , soy , sulphites

    Storage conditions:

    • Store frozen at -18 °C
    • Shelf life: 365 days
    • After baking: store at room temperature (+20 °C) for up to 1 day
      Do not refreeze after thawing.

    1. No defrosting required
    2. Baking in a fan oven: 8 minutes at 210 °C
    3. Baking in a stone oven: 8 minutes at 230 °C
