Traditional Savoyard potato gratin, prepared with cream and authentic Reblochon cheese, typical of the Alpine region of France. Creamy, "melting" texture and balanced milky flavor, suitable for a premium side dish or a standalone dish in the professional kitchen or at home.

Potatoes 52.8%; cream (milk) 26% ; Reblochon cheese 8.6% (milk, salt, lactic acid ferments, rennet, colouring: annatto - norbixin) ; potato starch; shallot 1.5%; onion; butter (milk) ; salt; gelling agent: methylcellulose; garlic puree; pepper.
