Classic French mushroom duxelles, made from finely chopped Parisian mushrooms and shallots, lightly sautéed with sunflower oil. The product is deep-frozen in IQF pellet format, which allows precise dosing and quick preparation. It is suitable for professional cuisine - as a base for sauces, fillings, pâtés, risottos, meat and vegetable dishes.
Ingredients:
Paris mushrooms 81%; shallots 17%; sunflower oil 1.4%.
Manufactured in a facility that processes gluten , soy , milk , nuts , celery , mustard , sesame , eggs .
Ionization:
Non-irradiated product – no ionized ingredients.
GMO:
GMO-free according to Regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
Storage:
In a freezer at -18°C.
After thawing, do not refreeze.
Shelf life: 24 months.
Guaranteed remaining term upon delivery: minimum 9 months.
Instructions for use:
The product should be consumed after heat treatment.
Use directly from frozen and cook according to the recipe - without pre-thawing.
