Pasteurized frozen semi-candied whole blueberries , in the form of Perles®. The fruits are processed to maintain their shape and intense flavor, combined with confiture juice for excellent texture and stability. Suitable product for confectionery, desserts, ice cream, fillings and gourmet applications.
