Pasteurized frozen semi-candied mango cubes with stabilized juice and passion fruit , in the form of Perles®. Intense fruity flavor, balanced sweetness and fresh acidity, with characteristic passion fruit seeds. Suitable product for confectionery, desserts, ice cream, fillings and modern gastronomy.
Ingredients:
Semi-candied mango with juice 84% (mango 73%, sugar, concentrated lemon juice); passion fruit 12%; sugar; stabilizers: E410 , E415 .
