A delicate shortcrust pastry tart, filled with a delicate raspberry cream and a slightly pink meringue on top, which gives it a distinctive look and delicate taste. Made with butter and eggs from free-range hens, as well as raspberries.
Ingredients:
Sugar, wheat flour, raspberries 14%, free-range eggs , butter 13%, free-range egg whites 9%, water, concentrated lemon juice, modified corn starch, thickener E415, beetroot extract.

Preparation instructions:
In the refrigerator:
- Remove the tartlets from the packaging and the aluminum mold.
- Thaw at +4°C for 3 hours
- Store at 0/+4°C and consume within 48 hours
In a convection oven:
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Remove the tartlets from the packaging and the mold.
- Bake for 8 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
