A fragrant blend of cultivated and wild forest mushrooms, carefully selected and sautéed using French technology. The combination of oyster mushrooms, champignons, porcini mushrooms and chanterelles preserves the characteristic taste of each mushroom, complemented by a fine creamy base with butter, cream, garlic and parsley. The product is intended for professional use and is ideal for restaurants, catering and HoReCa kitchens, where consistency, depth of flavour and quick preparation are sought.

Baby oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) 26.5%; nameko (Pholiota nameko) 26.5%; boletus (Boletus edulis aereus) 20%; chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius) 20%; butter (milk) ; cream (milk) (pasteurized cream, stabilizer: carrageenan); parsley; garlic; garlic powder; shallot; onion powder; salt; beef stock (bones, meat and beef fat, water); maltodextrin ( wheat ); salt; yeast extract; flavor; vegetable powder; concentrated vegetable; black pepper.

Preparation instructions:
The product is consumed after heat treatment.
Pour the desired amount directly from the freezer into a well-heated pan, without adding any fat. Heat for 12-15 minutes over medium heat, stirring regularly, until desired browning is achieved.
