Description
“Bourdaloue” tart with whole pear – a classic French tart with crispy butter pastry, delicate almond frangipane and hand-arranged Williams pear halves.

Ingredients:
Whole Williams pears in syrup (43.27%) (pears, water, sugar, acidity regulator: E330, antioxidant: E300), wheat flour (15.46%), sugar, water, butter (8.06%), free-range eggs (7.73%), almond powder (2.70%), modified corn starch, raising agents: E450, E500, skimmed milk powder, salt, gelling agent: E440, concentrated lemon juice.
May contain traces of soy .
Storage: in a freezer at -18°C. Do not refreeze after opening.

Preparation instructions:
- In the oven: Preheat to 180°C, remove the tart from the freezer and packaging, place on a baking sheet or tray and heat for 10 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.
- In the refrigerator: Thaw for about 7 hours at 0–4°C.
- At room temperature: Defrost for about 2 hours and 30 minutes at 20–25°C.
